1. Actively Delete Instances
Users can delete (release) resources according to the usage situation, and click "Delete" in the more operations of the instance list to complete the operation.
1.1 Delete On-Demand Instance
In the case of on-demand billing, billing stops after the instance is deleted.
1.2 Delete Subscription Instance
In the case of annual subscription, after deleting the instance, the amount used will be calculated based on the elapsed time, and the estimated refund will be calculated. The refund amount will be refunded to your account balance and you can continue using it.
1.3 Delete Bare Metal Servers
Bare metal removal follows the above two billing rules due to special resources. When the user refunds, the minimum time when placing the order must be met, and each package is different. If the user's usage time is less than the minimum usage time, the deletion operation cannot be carried out.
2. Passively Delete Instances
2.1 Resource Expiration
After the user purchases the annual subscription package, when the package expires, the relevant resources will be automatically deleted and moved to the Trash.
2.2 Resource Arrears
After the user purchases the on-demand package, if the user's balance is insufficient to cover the package amount, the resource will be automatically deleted and moved into the Trash.
3. Access the Trash
After access the console, click Trash to view it. And the operations of "restore"and "destroy"can be performed in the corresponding list.
After the resources are deleted for active or passive reasons, they will be retained in the recycle bin for a period of time, and the user will be informed by email. The user can actively carry out the operation of restoring and destroying the resources. If the user does not handle it in a timely manner, the resources will be automatically destroyed in the recycle bin, and the resources after destruction cannot be restored. Please operate with caution.
2.1 Trash - Instance Recovery
The recovery of the instance is the same as the ordering process of the instance, and the billing method of resources can be selected.
2.2 Trash - Instance Destruction
Instance destruction, whether active or passive, cannot be restored as long as the instance is destroyed, so please proceed with caution.
